Most working parents of 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for an extra 15 hours of funded childcare a week, term time. Added to their current universal entitlement of 15 hours, this means that their free early education entitlement will increase to a total of 30 hours a week, term time. Information can be found at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
Alternatively, if you wish your child to attend for more than their funded hours, we will only charge for the additional sessions. These additional paid sessions will be charged 51 weeks of the year. All 10 hour and 5 hour funded sessions can also be taken during holidays and will be charged at our usual rates.
Breakfast and snacks are provided free during the sessions. Lunch and/or tea can be provided at an additional cost.
Paperwork
Before your child can attend funded sessions, we require a completed FEE registration form (available from the Day Nursery administration department) in addition to your child's birth certificate or passport. This registration form only needs to be completed once.
At the start of every term, we also need you to complete a 'Declaration of Attendance' form.
