Art in the Community

In collaboration with Epsom Arts Society, we are displaying work from Epsom Downs Community School at Tattenham Corner Train Station.

We have chosen to display the Year 5 art work based on the work of the Ancient Greeks. The children used the patterns found on Ancient Greek pottery to inspire their designs.

They then used block printing to create the design on the pot.

The work is displayed in the style of Patrick Caulfield work: Pottery (1969) 

We hope you enjoy looking at the pieces as much as the children enjoyed creating them.
